Stephanie Melissa is a first generation Haitian American, South Florida based visual artist who has painted over 20 commissioned murals throughout the tri-county area. She has cultivated a refreshing style by mingling freeform doodling with bold, seamless lines and shapes that coalesce to form a pleasing representation of diversity and unity in her signature abstract style.
The Virginia Shuman Young Mural Project is an exploration of color translated as murals throughout the school to inspire the students and elevate the community. Stephanie Melissa puts “fun” in fundamental and will be teaching students her creative inspiration, and funky flows of paint strokes.
